Booking terms

Deposits and payment

Bookings under $400 are paid in full at checkout. Larger bookings require a deposit at checkout. The remaining balance, including any add-ons and travel, is invoiced after your planning call and is due before final files are released.

Flight check

Every booking is reserved pending our review of the location for airspace rules and safety. If we cannot legally or safely fly your location, we will offer another approach or refund your deposit in full.

Weather

If weather makes flying unsafe, we reschedule at no cost. You choose a backup date when you book.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• You may reschedule once at no cost with at least 72 hours notice.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the shoot forfeit the deposit.
• Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable, except as described under Flight check and Weather.

Your location and people on site

You confirm you have permission for us to film at the location, and you are responsible for letting people on site know that filming is taking place.

Delivery

Raw footage is delivered within 48 hours, edited photos within 5 business days and edited video within 7 to 10 business days, or 72 hours with rush delivery. Edited videos include one round of revisions.

Media use

You may use the delivered media to promote your business. Zero G Drone Works may show work from your shoot in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.
